/ Paid Advertising for Local Service Businesses

Google LSA, Search PPC, and Social Ads — Built for Local Service Businesses.

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, remodeling, and landscaping operators use all three channels for different jobs. We build them together and wire every lead into follow-up that answers in seconds.

/ 01 — Channels

Three channels. Three jobs.

01

Google Local Services Ads

Pay per lead, not per click.

LSA places your business above the search ads with the Google Guaranteed badge. You pay for the phone call or message, not the click, and disputed junk leads can be credited back.

When it winsBest when a homeowner has an urgent job right now — no heat, no water, roof leak — and is calling the first credible result they see.

What we run
  • Google Guaranteed application, license and insurance verification, background checks
  • Service category and service-area configuration by trade and ZIP
  • Review velocity work through your Google Business Profile, since LSA ranking leans on reviews and responsiveness
  • Weekly lead review and dispute filing for spam, wrong-area, and wrong-service leads
  • Budget and job-type weighting tuned to the work you actually want

What gets reportedLeads received, leads disputed and credited, cost per qualified lead, and booked jobs by service category.

02

Google Search PPC

Own the searches LSA doesn't cover.

Standard Google Search campaigns capture the higher-consideration searches — replacement, installation, financing, brand and competitor terms — that sit below or outside the LSA unit.

When it winsBest for planned, higher-ticket work and for controlling exactly which service pages and offers a searcher lands on.

What we run
  • Service-area campaign structure segmented by trade and job type
  • Call-only campaigns and call assets so mobile searchers reach a human, not a form
  • Negative keyword hygiene to cut DIY, jobs, parts, and out-of-area waste
  • Landing pages wired to the same CRM pipeline as the rest of your lead flow
  • Seasonal budget pacing so spend follows demand instead of a flat monthly cap
  • Conversion tracking on calls and forms, not clicks

What gets reportedSearch terms actually triggering spend, cost per booked estimate, and revenue by campaign and job type.

03

Social Media Advertising

Create demand before the search happens.

Meta and Instagram campaigns put a specific offer in front of homeowners in your service radius before they start searching, and bring back the ones who already visited or requested a quote.

When it winsBest for offer-driven work — tune-ups, maintenance plans, inspections, remodels — and for staying in front of estimates that have not closed yet.

What we run
  • Geo and homeowner-oriented targeting around your actual service radius
  • Offer and creative testing built from real jobs, not stock imagery
  • Retargeting site visitors, form abandoners, and unconverted estimates
  • Lead forms and click-to-message routed directly into the CRM
  • Creative refresh cadence so performance does not decay from fatigue

What gets reportedCost per lead by offer and creative, lead-to-appointment rate, and retargeting-attributed bookings.

/ 02 — Comparison

Which channel does what.

Most local operators do not need to pick one. They need to know which channel is carrying which part of the pipeline.

/ 03 — Ads Are Only Half Of It

A paid lead nobody answers is just spend.

Homeowners rarely contact one company. They contact several and book with whoever responds first. That is why we do not run ads into an inbox — every LSA call, search form, and social lead lands in one CRM pipeline with instant SMS and email response, missed-call text-back, and follow-up that keeps going after the first touch.

The result we care about is not cost per lead. It is cost per booked job, from the same spend.

/ 04 — Onboarding

How we get you live.

Step 01

Audit

We review your current ad accounts, Google Business Profile, tracking setup, and where today's leads land. You get a written picture of what is leaking before anyone spends a dollar.

Step 02

Accounts & Tracking

LSA verification, campaign build, call tracking, and conversion tracking wired into the CRM so every lead has a source attached to it.

Step 03

Launch

Campaigns go live with instant-response follow-up already running behind them, so no paid lead waits on a human to notice it.

Step 04

Optimize

Ongoing search-term cleanup, lead disputes, creative refresh, and budget shifts toward the job types and channels producing booked work.

/ 05 — Questions

Straight answers.

Is ad spend included in the management fee?

No. Ad spend is billed by Google and Meta directly to your accounts. Management is separate, so you always see exactly what went to the platforms and what went to the work.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Campaigns are built in accounts under your business, and you keep full access and history if we ever part ways.

What does my business need to qualify for Local Services Ads?

Google requires license and insurance documentation for most trades, plus background checks, before the Google Guaranteed badge is issued. We handle the submission and follow the verification through.

How long before we see results?

Search-intent channels can produce leads as soon as campaigns are approved and live. Social and any structural work on reviews and profile strength take longer to compound. We report on real lead and booking numbers from the first month rather than projecting a result up front.

Do you run ads without the platform or CRM?

We prefer not to. Paid leads that land in an unwatched inbox get lost, and the ad numbers end up measuring the wrong thing. Follow-up infrastructure comes first, then spend.

Put your ad budget where the booked jobs are.

No big promises. Just data-backed results.
